With over 25 years experience providing high quality residential childcare, Resilience Residential has a wealth of experience working with high acuity children with challenging behaviour, those with substance misuse issues, self harm and controlling behaviours.
Resilience Residential accommodate children and young people between 8 and 18 years old and specialise in working with victims of exploitation and county lines, children who go missing from care and those who have sexuality and/or gender identity needs.
Our homes are small, family homes where the provision of care and support is to a maximum of 3 children. This approach and our allocated staffing ratios, ensures children are able to form meaningful attachments and benefit from ongoing personalised support.
We provide a wealth of opportunities for young people to re-engage with nature and experiential learning, to break the negative cycles that young people sometimes find themselves in.
Our care model provides children with natural spaces to develop and learn personal, social and technical skills, increasing both their self-esteem and confidence.
Resilience Residential's unique and inspirational process offers children and young people with opportunities to become independent, through social pedagogy and physical entities.
